Day 1
Depart at KLIA
Day 2
Arrive Reykjavik - Upon arrival at Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland, transfer for lunch before heading towards hotel in Selfoss for rest.
Day 3
Selfoss, Golden Circle - This route contains some of the best-known natural phenomena in Iceland. First, stop at the Queen of Iceland waterfalls, Gullfoss Waterfall. Next, head to the Geysir Geothermal area with abundance of building hot springs and exploding Strokkur Geysir. Visit the Thingvellir National Park, the original site of the oldest existing parliament in the world. We will walk through part of the mid-Atlantic ridge, a rift that is slowly pulling Iceland apart along Teutonic plates.
Day 4
Selfoss, The South Coast, Orae - Head to the fairy tale-like Seljalandsfoss, the only of its kind in Iceland where you can walk behind the roaring cascade on a footpath! Proceed to visit the Lava Centre in Hvolsvöllur, an exhibition hall which showcase the interesting geology facts, volcanic activity and other natural phenomena of Iceland. Discover more about the history of volcano eruption through a short film . Continue along the South Shores leads us to the mighty Skogafoss Waterfalls and the southern town of Vik, with the nearby Reynisfjara Beach known for its basalt rock columns & black sands
Day 5
Orae, Jokulsarlon Excursion - This morning, start our journey to the spectacular Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon by boat, where icebergs break down from the Vatnajökull glacier and float on the lake (subject to weather conditions). Visit the Skaftafell National Park, a beautiful area which is known for its unique nature and abundant vegetation, like an oasis between the black desert and the glaciers.
Day 6
Ice Cave Excursion - Today, explore the great glacier by joining Super Jeep tour, where you will get to see breathtaking views of high mountains and deep valleys. Experience the natural unique ice caves in the wonders of Glacier (subject to weather conditions).
Day 7
Reykjavik City Tour - Today, visit the stunning and historically significant buildings, Hofdi House. Enjoy a drive through Reykjavik’s most famous sights that include City Hall, Parliament, and Tjornin Pond. Photostop at the largest church in Iceland - Hallgrimskirkja and the beautiful Perlan.
Day 8
This morning, proceed to the charming town of Hafnarfjodur for a sublime Icelandic Horse Riding Tour while enjoying beautiful scenery full of lava fields and green hillsides. Blue Lagoon with Premium Indulgence - The Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa is one of the most visited attractions in Iceland, located in a lava field of Grindavik. Enjoy bathing and relaxing in the lagoon's natural geothermal seawater which rich in minerals and curative elements.
Day 9
Reykjavik / Depart for Home - Depart Reykjavik early morning after a week of sublime discovery of pristine Iceland.
